Has anybody grown this cultivar before or one pretty close to it? Checking the seedlings at first I thought these seedlings had got powdery mildew and I was going to pull them til I realized after I put my glasses on that all the white was actually super fuzzy leaves.
I've grown a few tomatoes that had a little bit of hairy leaves, but nothing this extreme. I am wondering will all the leaves be this hairy and maybe stupid question, but does the fruit get hairy too? With not growing such a hairy plant before, are there any potential problems I need to look out for, or things I should do to keep the plants healthy looking? Sure are interesting leaves to look at. Amazing the different things tomatoes can show. Always something new to learn and see. ![]() |
