Which ones are you REALLY looking forward to this year??

I've got a few that I've been thinking about since the catalogs came out, and through the generous people here..

Sweet Ozark Orange v KBX - KBX is one of my all time favorites. Love to see if there's another like it out there. lol

Fish Lake Oxheart v Anna Russian - Anna tops my list for large hearts..can FLO take her in taste??

Pink Berkeley Tie Dye - First time growing it after I got rave reviews

Gary O' Sena v Cherokee Purple - CP is ALWAYS in my top three for the year?? Taste will be hard to beat...I heard production is better?!?!

Carbon - First time for me. Some say it's their favorite Black!

Anything Special in your garden??

For the first time ever, I am not growing any tomatoes this year...just have plenty of salsa, dried and sauce. So...I am doing a "side-by-side" grow out of about 25 kinds of cayenne peppers from all over the world. I am grading on A.) Size-Length B.) Earliest Ripening to red C.) Plant Production I am making Ristras & Wreaths so taste does matter (hilarious, is it not?) I am also comparing ALL of the NuMex and NuMex types with the same criteria and for the same reasons. I am really looking forward to the comparisons and enjoying the fact that I will not be spending a month is my canning kitchen doing something with tomatoes.

I am sure The Husband is growing many weird tomatoes although I never ask as he acts like it's a state secret... (Like I would ever grow any of the strange colored, odd shaped, worthless for sauce or drying tomatoes he grows so his secret remains safe from me unto perpetuity.) It is rather fun and refreshing to be doing something out of the norm.

I'm looking forward to trying Tarasenko 6, Neves Azorean Red, and Russian 117. For pastes, I can't wait to see how Santa Maria does, and Polish Pastel will be the first non-red paste I've ever grown.

I haven't grown Neves Azorean Red for a few years due to space but it's coming back this year!! I remember I loved it!! Strong flavor, good production!

Strong flavor, good production, and reportedly shows some tolerance for fusarium are the reasons I chose it!

I am growing Neve's AR now, wish I had planted more of them. Productive as all getout and beautiful smooth perfect red fruit, very Fusarium tolerant. Harvested over 30 and it is still going. Great tomato.

Goals for 2014:
I'm looking forward to Dwarf Blazing Beauty to see how it compares to Orange Minsk and KBX.
Rosella Purple is replacing Gary O'Sena.
Hope to get a good harvest of Lucky Tiger.
Am growing Heidi and Tadesse for freezing whole for winter cooking.
Trying Principe Borghese to see if it is as good as others say it is for dried use.
Hope to get a Red that is more productive than Big Beef.
See which of the GWR Dwarfs yields the best.
Discovering what surprises I get from a couple of Tom Wagner's introductions - Muddy Waters & Skykomish.
I thought I was going to limit my self to 48 plants, then 56, now 64.

rosella purple and grubs mystery green were atop my favorite list last season so i've collected a few more GWR and some more dwarf varieties.

also sunchocola was soooo darn good i just can't wait to taste it again
