skagit plenty
These are some "sprout jacks" planted out early under plastic. I believe it was mid-april.

Thanks Wendy! These are some of the "sprout jacks" from earlier this year. Many of them have golf ball sized tubers, but have begun to grow with renewed vigor and have lot's of berries now, so I will wait for 10-12 weeks before I dig them.

I had some 3"in diameter. Most were in the two inch range. But that was from only two plants put in what I would call late.
