Default Could there be a problem with this plant?

I noticed they are slightly yellow in areas and some spots. Does anyone see a problem with this?

The only thing I did on this homeade earthbox was only add 1 cup of fertilizer instead of 2, but that should be plenty for a few months I would think.

Any thoughts would be appreciated!

early blight maybe? are you using daconil?
