Default They're strangling themselves!

I'm growing my first tomatoes this year. We'll I've tried a couple times in the past, but this is the first year I'm doing it seriously. The variety I've planted is "Celebrities". For the most part, they're looking good. Some are over six feet tall, and my six plants have somewhere between 70-100 tomatoes from pea-sized to over 4" wide. All green at this point. I planted them about 60 days ago when the plants were about a foot tall.

While watering this morning, I noticed something, and the more I looked around, I'm seeing an alarming amount of this. The weight of the tomatoes is crimping the stem they're on, and I'm afraid they might be strangling themselves. Is this something I should address, or is this just a natural part of the grown process?

See attached photo.

Thanks for any advice.

Usually when I have this happen they keep producing normally. Every once in a while one will actually break or tear from the vine and then I just harvest what I can from that truss. It seems to me that the plants slowly adapt to the weight of the fruit and do just fine.
