Default Best in Show!

Got a call from our Ag Office to advise I need to be present to receive a trophy on Saturday at our 74th national Ag Show. They indicate the Dancing with Smurfs was judged as not only first place in the Organic category but also Best in Show!

A pleasant surprise.

WaHooo! Way to go!

Were they judging the whole plant, just the tomatoes, or just one particular tomato?

Agree, would love to see pics if you have them.

Apologies folks but my wife visited the show today (I still have not been) and confirmed the tomatoe entry that won was actually Dancing with Smurfs, a Tom Wagner cross of a red cherry and the OSU blue tomato. ★

I was pleased to no end when a friend came to get some tomatoes from me, saw them and asked what they were (as in what vegetable). ★Now that is sufficiently different! ★

The judges apparently were struck by them also. I edited the original post.

Will get a link posted. For now, my fruit look similar to these, except the red is darker and the purple is much darker.

It was an entry for cherry Tomatoes of which a dozen were required for judging.

When start or edit a message click the Go Advanced button. Then go down the page to manage attachments click on it and browse to your images. That will upload your image.
Now if you want the image in the message text space click the attachment and copy the url and use the insert image button at the top of the message space.

This doesn't appear to be working. I must be missing something.

The links you post are compete web pages not just images
I assume that you have the pictures on your computer somewhere if not copy them there.
Go advanced
Manage attachments
Click on browse
Navigate to the image on you computer.
Click whatever button that attaches file, on my OS it is open.
Repeat for next image
Then click upload

If you don't want to download them to your computer, right click on the image on Picasa, then select copy image location or whatever your OS says.
Then instead of clicking on browse, drop down to the next box and paste the image location you just copied. Then click up load.
Since the photos appear to belong to you I did the first one by coping and the second one as I explained in the second part.

Great job! Were they judging taste, beauty or both?

Thanks Doug. Will have to fire up the pc again to try this (iPad is what I mainly work from). Walkinggin: purely on looks, and only from the outside. I notice most of heirloom tomatoes looks even better cut open, and are even more impressive when eaten. But this is not the nature of the show so....next year I will to enter one of colour plus so bicolors, stripes and all. And a few dozen winter squash varieties...
