The Good, the bad, or the ugly?

These critters are snacking on my dill. What are they? Exterminate or leave them alone? The swallowtail caterpillars I left alone, they have stared thier transformation already. Thanks in advance.

I may be wrong, but those look to me like public enemy #1, larvae of the Colorado potato beetle. I would remove and dispose of them promptly.
