Default Grenada Seasoning pepper

Some of you have asked about the milder habs, and one of the ones I've mentioned was the Grenada Seasoning pepper. I like it because I think it gives a good habanero experience, from taste to that back of the mouth heat, while being a mild pepper. Marianna over at mariseeds.com carries a pepper she calls Grenidad Seasoning.

We've compared notes, and she thinks it's the same as the Grenada Seasoning pepper. So, for some of you who were looking for seeds, this looks to be a source.

Blue,

Does the Lemon Drop--(C baccatum) that you wrote about in another post go by a different name. I can't find a U.S. source for the seeds under the Lemon Drop name.

Peppermania carries it. http://peppermania.com/index.php

Seed Savers has carried it for years, this year was the first year they didn't, and I don't know if it will be back next year.

Several folks like Cross Country or the Chilewoman carry plants.
