I grew two tomatillo plants this year for the first time. They fruited heavily but the fruit was no bigger than a ping pong ball. Mine were not even worth the garden space. Not sure if I will try them again. Probobly not. We bought 3 lbs of them at the store for around $6 and put up some great tomatillo salsa.

Over 7 lbs of Tomatillos this year! Still not going to grow next year.... they took over the garden.... well the seeds will be offered up on the trade board in just a bit.
