It was a big hit at the Simpsons BBQ.

Thanks all!
It's been a great way to start the day. I sometimes wonder if this was how "V 8" got started.

Looks amazing. Never seen grapes in it, but why not? As we learned in the Costa Del Sol in Spain on a hot summer trip where much gespacho was consumed, there are unlimited numbers of ways to make it and many of them are quite special. We like to have a few crispy bread cubes and a chilled boiled shrimp or two in each bowl and a drizzle of olive oil and sherry to make it heartier.

Is that basil in with the minced garlic?

Thank you. Yes! It is basil.

White gazpacho is made with grapes and almonds.

This one has almonds but no grapes.
