Whwoz Tomatovillian™ Join Date: Jun 2013 Location: Victoria, Australia Posts: 870	Harvesting Sunflower Seeds for eating Have grown Sunflowers for eating for the first time this season winding up. The one thing that I am not sure about is timing the harvest of the heads to maximise yield. The flower bases are just starting to fall and can be brushed off easily by hand. Any directions would be appreciated
