Default 22 April 2017 Haskap (Lonicera caerulea)

Haskap (Lonicera caerulea) six bushes are in full bloom. Often an April frost kills the buds in my area. This is the sixth year for these plants. Hard to pick and the berries are slightly tart. They produce in June before the blueberries are mature. More a novelty than a useful garden plant.
