That's the way I am with reading glasses. One in the purse, one by the computer, one by the TV, one downstairs, etc.

I just found pair two of three reading glasses in my pocket while doing laundry and a pair of nail clippers in a wool watch hat.

Would love to have this kind of set up. You're going to be running that business in not time, Worth...and we'll all be putting in orders.

I was thinking sausages....but if they can have a bicycle cafe down the street in the trendy belmont village.....why not choppers and sausages together?

I agree entirely. 220V is OK with heavy equipment, a welder for instance, but 110 V is enough for working in a kitchen. If you lay hands on a live 110V wire you will (usually) be able to let it loose, it won't be that easy with 220V. Safety first !

I started coming up with so many ideas that I even considered concrete counter tops.
That is when I drew the line.
Fancy modern is not the look I was going for.
I wanted something more old world and that is what I did.
It is stained and sealed with Minwax Gunstock 231 and has two coats of Minwax indoor outdoor spar urethane clear satin.
Total cost not really anything as I have all of this stuff in stock at the house.
I think the stainless is really going to pop out on this color of counter top.

I want to add when I process meat I always lay down a layer of butcher paper.

I spent years trying to make everything perfect and building stuff for rich folks.
It got to the point I was so critical of my work I couldn't build anything.
One day I woke up and told my self to just dot it.
It doesn't have to look like it was in one of the Vanderbilt homes.
I could have cut 45's and hidden the top in a rabbit in the 2X4's but what on earth for.

Let me add my pinch of salt.
When you process your meat you will know exactly what you put in it. I recently read in a medical publication that when you eat 50 grammes of processed pork meat every day you mulitiply your risk of colon cancer by 20. I can't believe pork meat is noxious by itself, I strongly suspect the different substances that are added to improve conservation, color, taste etc.
