Default Free IPad Book

I found a free IPad book that I really like. It's called the the Field and Garden Vegetables of America. It's written by Fearing Burr, sometime in the 1860s, I believe. Everything from growing the vegetables to saving seeds and even how to prepare them to eat. I can't even believe how many varieties of each vegetable and even some veggies I've never heard of!
Very, very interesting read for any gardener, especially if you save seeds or like heirloom varieties.
