Default Tomato Growers Supply Company?

Have any of yall used this company to order seeds from? I would like to order tonight but would like to hear some opinions first.

What I would really like to do is buy locally if I could but I do not know any local vendors who specialize in tomatoes

I think many of us here have used TGS and are pleased with product and service. OK ... speaking strictly for myself, I have used them many times and am pleased with product and service.

Top notch company. I cannot say enough good things about Tomato Growers Supply Company or it's owner, Linda Sapp.

Buy with confidence.

but also with happiness in your hearts

at the remembrance of my long happy life with you:

and not all the power of death

can keep my spirit

from wagging a grateful tail.

Well, I ordered #5207 Cherokee Purple
#6076 Gold Nugget
#3680 Azoychka

The Cherokee Purples are for next spring. I might try to get two plants of the purple going this fall just to experiment.

Just FYI, Cherokee Purple plants are very easy to find in and around Houston in the spring, in case you have any trouble with them.

I intend to have my seed starting guide written and posted up on SETTFest.com by the fall.

Feldon30, can you tell me, are the Cherokee Purple plants the typical foliage plants? I ask as my seeds came up but for the life of me, I thought they had potato leaf foliage, not the ones I got. Thanks for any answer!

Not Feldon, but I'll jump in anyway.

CP is regular leaf.

Joan, thank you, you actually relieved my mind; I could not sleep for worrying I got seeds that were mislabled. Now to bed, perchance to dream of ripe tomatoes!

I can report that they were very prompt in sending the seeds. I planted the two yellow tomato type seeds. I hope they do their thing.

When I first saw this thread I thought someone might have something bad to say about them.

I'm glad it wasnt that way as I would have had to get my whip out.
