I'm a using Messenger on my Tomatoes and Roses and it assists the plants natural defenses. Before I was constantly running into powdery mildew on my tomato plants and blackspot on my roses. So I'm a fan and use it each year.

Thanks George,I`ll get some today and try it on 6 tomato plants and compare them to 6 with out messenger. It sounds like a good companion to myco gro and Exel which I had good luck with last year.

I have used Garden Alive's harpin product called Green Guard. I do not know if it did any good, since I did not have any control plants to compare to. I have tendency to try all sorts of new miracle potions and fail to do good trials to find if they are really effective.

I have heard that harpin really works on roses.
