Mini multi-colored sweet peppers

At Sams Club, and the grocery store, they are often selling a medley of yellow, red, and orange mini sweet peppers (maybe 1 1/2 - 3 inches long).

Does anyone know what these are, and if the seed can be purchased?

Also, do they mature any faster than the full-size sweet/bell peppers?

I've mostly given up on sweet peppers, they just take so long to mature, but a friend and I would love to grow these little guys next year - especially if they matured faster than the others.
