Default Wilting Pepper Leaves

Wilting Cubanelle Pepper
Grown from seed (11-3-2020), healthy until a few days ago, under LED grow lights, Cubanelle was doing fine, strong stem and vibrant leaves have turned limp. Dark green leaves and I believe proper watering. Leaves are now LIMP and lifeless. What happened and what can I do to revive the plant?
