Default Geranium Kiss?

This is my first time growing this one -- about 18" tall with pointed bottom end. Sort of PL. A true red I'd say, with no yellow/orange peeking through, or maybe a really dark pink. Pretty early, and when perfectly ripe, tastes quite good. Not sweet, but tasty for salads. But therein lies the rub -- once completely ripe, it starts rotting quickly. I'd say this one has a shelf life that should be measured in hours (at least for me). I was attracted to it because some descriptions say that it has tolerance to Septoria. So far, so good in that regard, but the shelf life is a big issue for me. Probably will get ripped out today.

Anyone else have experience with this one?

I accidentally bought those last year ( wanted quantum geraniums...duh!) and I grew a few for containers but I don't remember them being anything special.
