Grey Mold? Dark spots on stems

Well, I can now see some black spots on the stems of the Nyagous plant that has been having trouble (probably because the poor plant is mostly naked, and I can now see the stems clearly). I talked about the problems with this plant before on this thread:

Are these spots on the stems consistant with grey mold?

Chlorothalinol doesn't seem to be controlling it, I'm going to try the Mancozeb next, unless there are any other insights/ideas.
