Default broken branches, very light green fruit

We had a very bad wind and a few branches fell of of my plants at my neighbors plants which were mine, i planted 6 of them, i saved 4 medium sized very light green almost white tomato's from the broken branches. i know 1 was Black krim and Earl fauxe, which i have the same plants. My fruit is almost white also, maybe anytime to get new color from green to white. What should i do with these?

I had some baseball-sized Brandywine that broke off while still completely green & white. I set them on the counter, & after about 5 days, they are blushing.
