Default 8 dwarfs in a 4x8 bed?

I was thinking of using some cinder blocks to make a raised bed for the 8 dwarf plants I have, or should I add a few more feet? Varieties to be grown are

Dwarf Stone
NBD
Dwarf Champion Improved
Mountain Princess (determinate)
Patio King
Tricot Czech
Czech's Bush
Extreme Bush

You have 3 that I have grown -
NBD, Dwarf Champion Improved, and Extreme Bush. New Big Dwarf grows to about 3-1/2' H and doesn't spread. Dwarf Champion is smaller and doesn't spread, and Extreme bush doesn't get very tall but does spread. All that said I would plant one in each corner, with one in the middle of each 8' side. and the final two (Mountain Princess and Patio King in the center. Just an idea.
