Nan,

I would suggest that you move the file to a cloud drive. Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Drive are all reliable and they appear as a location on your computer, like a folder on your C:\ drive. But they are usually located above your PC drives. You can open files on the drive, and, when you close them, they are saved to the cloud without your having to back them up. If your computer fails, the files in your cloud drive won't be affected.
