Default Rozalinda for Topsy Turvy? Flavor? Texture?

Had one lady here yesterday who bought all beefsteaks, but wanted something for her new Topsy Turvy. She was wanting to grow a beefsteak in the thing, but I was concerned about the size and weight of the fruits. The only thing I could think of was Rozalinda. The plants are certainly among my most attractive and it seemed that a compact plant would be more apporopriate. Have searched here and at Tatianas, but not found a lot to give really detailed info of this variety in terms of depth of flavor and productivity.

If that's the ones I sent you, then the fruit is pink and will weigh in at about 3 to 5 ounces. The flavor was outstanding and the plant produced heavily for me last year. It tends to be more "Tree" like in its stalk, but I can still see it in one of those falsely advertised "topsy junkbag" quick-rotting, overpriced, aggravating, needs water twice a day THINGIES.
