Default How to store seed potatoes

I am growing 7 types of potatoes this year and I would like to store seed potatoes over the winter. How would I go about storing potatoes for the following season? Any special containers or precautions?

Notes:
  • Winter gets to -30
  • I have an unfinished basement and it's temp is probably in the 50's.
  • I have a breezeway between house and garage which is not heated, but a closet there on the outside of the kitchen stays in the high 30's to 40 degrees all winter.

thanks,
Dean
