Default Tiny white dots...

Never had this before. Had just about everything else but not this.
Thoughts?

I had a too strong copper solution burn some spider mite damage looked a bit like that, though its really too early for mites. Sun light might have contributed to my burns also.
Minor frost damage or fertilizer burn follows the veins more than yours did.

These are in grow bags, not too much sun. Actually wish there was more sun. Haven’t sprayed anything on them, minimal fertilizer. Hmmmm.....
