Default All it takes is one good cross

A one Fred Hempel told me once, and it opens up a can of seemingly endless possibilities. This was true for me when Green Giant and Orange Strawberry crossed in my garden 3 years ago. Last year I got an amazing PL purple heart and this year its been a RL big green heart and a RL large pale yellow slightly bi color oblong thing with great taste. I don't have a lot of room so selecting which path to follow will be something I can salivate over this winter. Its been an absolute joy growing these F2 seeds out and hope to find something new when I grow a couple more out next year. Hope everyone's season is going well.

Damon, just follow your tastebuds. Pretty tomatoes that don't taste good are like fireworks - pretty to look at, but then, POOF, they are gone.

I remember your Orange Strawberry. You couldn't ask for a better cross!
