Default help w/ spacing for beans!

Normally at a plot I have I'd just plant a 20' row; unfortunately soil is crap, so am using the space for container gardening.

I converted the 20' row to inches, and it's 240"; the plant spacing is 4"-6" w/final spacing. I'm going to do a 5" spacing which is a total of 48 plants. The way I figure it, I'd need a 30 gallon container w/ a 30" length.

I'd do 6 plants per row, for a total of 12 per container, which would be 4 containers total to get the equivalent of a 20' row of beans in a plot. Did I do the math right or would this be overcrowding them?
