Default Galen's Yellow vs Desert Star?

Both from "Plucky" -- both sound about the same. Can someone outline the difference(s)? Looks like Victory will have both. Which should I try first (not both)? Is one thought to be sweeter than the other?

Galen's Yellow is truly yellow. Desert Star is ivory colored - as white as tomatoes get. It is often hard for photos to pick up the yellow/white color difference.

I've grown them both - Robin is the expert on the Plucky line and these, which she named.
