Default GMO SQUASH SEEDS ?

Is it possible i could be buying gmo squash seeds from my local nursery,or are they not on the market?

I know I've seen squash on some of those lists of GMO crops. But I think those people are confusing plain Hybrids with Genetic Hybrids. Just because something has a disease or virus resistance doesn't mean it is GMO.

At least none of the catalogs I get my seeds from are claiming anything super special about any of the varieties I've seen. And I get a whole lot of "commercial grower" catalogs.

There are most definitely GM squash out with virus resistance. Have been for years. Seeds are only available to commercial growers, as far as I know.
