Default Liz Birt

I sliced and eat my first Liz Birt last night. It was ripe and ready and I found the flavor to be extremely lacking. It was bland and while not a spitter it was close. I have more on the vine and hope the next ones will be much better. The fruit was set during a rainy and cool Spring and was very low on the plant. I have already had some Stupice,Bloody Butcher, and Big Beef and all were much better than the Liz Birt. Just my first impressions of this new to me variety.
