I got my 7 Pot Primo's from Troy Primo himself at his website. I'm confident that Tradewinds seeds are true too.

All I've grown from them have been true, so I'm with you.

Is horrific an adequate descriptor?

Some say the 7 Pot Primo is hotter than the C Reaper. When they are that hot I can't tell the difference. Its like the difference between 120° and 115°. Once your perceptions are overwhelmed thoroughly, more heat doesn't really impinge so much. Horrific is a good word for somebody not looking for it.

Thanks for the insights. I'm really looking forward to them. The plan involves extra large grow bags (45, 100 gal) and pots (30-50 gal) so as to promote cross pollination. Who knows, they might take a Scoville leap. Half of my garden will be superhots in the near future. I like their flavor.

Tonight's dinner consisted of:

Dos tacos de carne asada con todo
Dos tacos de adobada con todo
Un taco de chorizo con todo

Con todo = cilantro, cebolla, aguacate, salsa picante

Had to change dinner plans due to route closure, someone got whacked and they closed the street.
