Default Tomato growth issues

Hello All,

I planted several tomatoes at the same time. In particular, one was an Ace determinate and the other and Ace indeterminate...I expected the indeterminate to take off. It did not.

The determinate variety is growing, has flowers, and even a nice, early fruit.

The indeterminate has small leaves-leaves that are very dark in color-has not grown in size, but does have a few flowers.

Both tomatoes have the same water supply (about an inch per week, or 1gal EOD), the same sun (direct sun, all day long), same temp.

I have fertilized using a chickenmeal-based fertilizer, but that didn't change anything. I assume I'm having a nutrition issue but that it didn't hit the right mineral.

It's healthy (though dark), but doesn't seem to be growing. Just need some direction.

Thanks!
