Seagate 11-5-1 fish fertilizer

Another organic fish-based fertilizer... I liked the fact that this fertilizer is concentrated and is in powder form. It comes in a 2 lbs. of plastic container. The Amazon.com description is given below:

Seagate FFC is derived from whole sardines and anchovies, caught along the pacific coast of Baja California on Seagate's own fishing boats. Did anybody use this product before? And yes I will use it on my cole crops next fall .
