Default Warning.

I tried the pickled peppers I made a while back from this list.

Scotch bonnet

Martinique

Unknown Red

Trinidad Perfume

Aji Limo

Billy Goat

Jamaican Hot Chocolate

I put one of the larger red ones in my mouth and chewed it right up like a fool.(((Seeds and all)))

It tasted great but then---------------------

I had a good 3 beer buzz going but after the shock and all of the heat, it disappeared.

I have now found a way to sober up drunken friends that may become too obnoxious at the house.8)

LOL. I warned you. Larger reds? Probably the Martinique, as that one is a real scorcher. Could also be the Unknown Red. Aren't mixes fun?

Next time, I'll try and keep them separate by variety instead of just throwing them all in a bag together.

You are a brave man Worth. Two peppers to the six pack.

I have Congo Black Hab. on the bush big time... I guess it's the same as Jamaican Hot Choc? It's incredibly hot, that much I know.

Default worms

Well now that you mention it--I had something eating my jalopeno peppers and guess what it was??? GREEN WORMS!! I could not belive it I had a beautiful border of them all around my garden with a marigold in between each one and those stupid worms ate everyone of them!!!! They are just comming back (the plants leaves) they got every one of my peppers before i caught them If you arereally worried you might have them,(worms)drink 1 cup of olive oil follwed by 1/4 cup juiced lemons, next day begin turkey rhubarb tablets ,you'll lose plenty of weight after that detox!!!!!! No more parisites or worms or just keep eating your peppers, they purify the blood stream, lower blood pressure, just to name a few of the thousand things they are good for,and run colon cancer far away

I had some red fish peppers, pretty purple peppers, red mushroom peppers, Tai hot chilies and a pile of chili pequins or what ever they are called, they are the wild ones that grow here and won’t freeze out.

I put these in a blender with about 1/2 cup of vinegar, 2 table spoons of sea salt and around ¼ cup of lime juice.

I them turned on the blender to high and walked away for about15 minutes.

I had enough of this sauce to make 1 12 ounce bottle.

I then cooked a ground buffalo patty and used 4 ounces of this homemade sauce on it while I ate the patty.

This stuff was so good, some of the best I have ever had.

I eat lunch on a paper plate and I always let old Boo Boo and Bullet lick the plate.

There was some meat juice and hot sauce left in the plate and the dogs licked it all up.

These dogs love hot stuff they will lick for a while then to the water bowl then back to the plate, back and forth they will go.
People have told me it’s cruel but I don’t force them to eat it.

I think it is good for them.8)

I just used my sweet pickled peppers that I made from what Suze gave me on,
A bison burger and yesterday I put 3 (that’s right) 3, chopped up fine on some buttermilk pancakes with butter and ribbon cane syrup.

Both came out fantastic, I asked my wife if she wanted some on her burger so she tried a taste of them from the cutting board.

The reply was “!@#$ No!!!!!!” “HOT!!!!!” How can you eat that stuff?
I’m ashamed of her, being from West Texas she should have a better taste for peppers.

Now I’m off to make an omelet with them, with smoked sausage cheese onions and tomatoes.

Worth, I threw some of my pickled hots onto a plate of nachos this morning for brunch. First jar I've opened, made them at the end of the season with the mixed hots left on the plants. Been snacking on them all day. Next year I'll grow some extra peppers just for making these with!

Mine were just pickled though - got a recipe for those sweet pickled ones?
