J & L Midnight Select
Here's the first ripe J&L Midnight Select I have this year. Sorry the sliced picture isn't clear. The fruit was very sweet and on the mild side, but the flavor was much richer and better than Indigo Rose. The small fruit had zero seeds. The plant is loaded with fruit so I'm looking forward to more ripe ones.

Looks great, I bought seed already and will be trying it next season. I was curious if others were growing it already.
How tall did the plant get? How would you grade the productivity? Allen |

The plant is about 5' now and still growing. It is very productive, especially considering the hot, dry environment it is in.
