Default hard tomatoes

I have 2 tomato plants(bush early girl) I grew these seeds a few years ago and just thought it was the crazy weather we had, so I planted them again this year, well they are red! have been for 2 weeks on the plant, so I picked a lot of them and put them in a cardboard box, because the are as hard as a rock, not much juice, you think these would be alright to make sauce out of? or any other ideas as to what to do with them? they taste pretty much like store bought tomatoes. thanks.

Try your luck at fermenting them they sound like a good candidate.
