Yes. It would be very pretty growing with the Rhodo's. I actually love it, and have let it stay in my front flower bed, but when it spreads a bit too much, I find that those roots go deep!

I'm growing an invasive plant in my yard and I hope it takes over English Ivy.
If it does I wont have to mow there anymore.
Some stuff is invasive in some areas and not in others.
Many years ago they brought in the tallow berry tree Chinese Tallow and in south east Texas the things are everywhere.
