Black Irish wow! Wish list for next season

Richard, I want to show the insides...but only have limited tubers of many of these. All of these show the average tuber size for the different varieties. Like black irish averaged nearly 1# spuds, but only grew 5. This fall I will be showing cut tubers of everything. I especially look forward to showing off many of the "native" types with multicolored interiors.
