Woodyend Tomatovillian™ Join Date: May 2007 Location: The Shire (z8 Tx) Posts: 23	How long before fruit begins to show after blooming? I have tried to grow eggplants for years and normally (for me) they die before I get to the bloom stage. Well the stars have aligned this year and we have blooms. The only thing is the bloom stage seems overly long to me (A week maybe two). The blooms show no sign of becoming fruit. Is this normal? Oh they are Black Beauties. __________________ If more of us valued food, cheer and song above hoarded gold, it would be a merrier world. Thorin Oakenshield
