I ate a 7oz. can of Sol-Mex sardines for lunch, It has a little bit of heat to it, and I enjoyed it.

I used to buy Crown Prince, but you have to add your own hot sauce.

Odd, I don't like the texture of canned sardines, but love the Crown Prince kippered herring. No hot sauce, just good saltine crackers do it for me. I do like fresh sardines, especially from the grill.

So you are saying you ate the can and all?

I keep two cans of Kipper snacks in the truck at all times and they go fishing with me too.
