Default NAR and foliar disease

I'm growing my usual favorite, NAR, and it seems to have some foliar disease which started with the leaves turning spotty and then brown marks on the stems. The tomatoes don't seem affected, but I'm wondering if anyone else has this experience with NAR. It occurred to me that this has been the case the last couple of years.

It just started and I had sprayed all my plants with a copper fungicide and now with Serenade. But we have had so much rain. I'm growing in a raised bed filled with Pro-Mix. It is the only one so far that seems affected, and I've been removing the affected stems and I am vigilant about nothing lying around on the growing medium.

Any comments or help?

Thanks, Sharon

Might be from the spraying if fruit and your other plants are unaffected, pics would help
