Default Storm damage

I have two tomatillo plants in 18-gallon totes, each within a 54" tomato cage. They have both seriously overgrown their cages. We had a storm last night, and many of the fragile stalks are bent, though I don't see any that are broken. What should I do now? I was thinking of tying them up (possibly with pantyhose?), but will take any/all suggestions. Would like them to make a good recovery, and would like them to be more stabilized since more storms are expected.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Tomatillos just creep all over the ground like that. I just look at it as less yard to mow. They will definitely recover if they aren't broken at all.
