BTW, most other plants have almost reached the top of wire mesh now, will post new pics soon.
I do think it just depends on varieties. For example I am growing an F4 from the Teensy family from the dwarf project and it tied with Silvery Fir Tree as the earliest to flower in my garden this year. Meanwhile dwarf Emerald Giant hasn't opened a flower and will be one of the last of all my varieties to do so. So I don't think it is a dwarf thing, but more so a variety thing.

Okay, thanks for the input jmsieglaff!!!!
It is finally starting to act like summer this week finally. After having a May snow and the usual hail storms, plus it's been rainy for a change in area north of Denver.

Getting more than just a little tired of seeing these darn green Menard's buckets.
All I have to chose from is the ugly orange Halloween Home depot buckets and am jealous.

Ditto for me. On the other hand, I can always find it quickly.

Sharing a few tomato pictures this time.
First: Orange Jazz (left) and KBX (right). OJ is a lot smaller of a plant but also has the largest fruit of all tomatoes in the garden.
Second: Crnkovic Yugoslavian (left) and Daniel Burson (right)z. CY is a monster--tallest and densest non-cherry indeterminate in the garden load with blossoms and small fruits. DB shorter but similarly dense and loaded with blossoms.
Third: Black Cherry (right) and Garnet (left). Dense tall cherries.
Fourth: Noire de Crimee (left) and Black Krim (right). Very similar, we will see how they turn out.

Plants thus far having one of the best years in a while!

The gardens are looking fantastic as usual. I'm surprised at the difference between OJ and KBX. It is a very big difference in plants.

That's a nice capture of the rainbow. It probably ends at Dutch's place!

Thanks everyone! Patti, the differences in those plants really has struck me too, I think it is just variety differences--both seem completely healthy. KBX was a big healthy machine for me last year, so that continues, but Orange Jazz is a new one for me.
