More background on how the parasitic Hachenbergers bled the company dry while playing the shell game with debtors to the point that the bankruptcy trustee couldn't figure out which subsidiary owed which creditor money.

This is a crime and they should be held accountable, scumbags.

Apparently the purchaser of Park Seed has agreed to keep the company in Greenwood for three years and retain the 200 employees.

It would seem most of the complaints registered against Park Seed on this forum were the result of an action or lack of action by one or more of the employees of Park Seed.

If the investment by the buyer can be earned back, the company will need to rebuild it's reputation. Can that be done with the same employees who were causing the problems?
