While the tracks
Have seemed to shift a little North between Wilmington and Morehead City the big issue for those in coastal NC is the forecast stall that will have Florence sitting fairly stationary for awhile Before moving westward. In the Northwest Piedmont of NC where I live it has changed over the past few days from a wind/rain event to mainly a rain event. Even rain has gone from a forecast 13 a 15” to the current 4-6” as the bulk passes to the south before turning North into the Mid Atlantic states. This is all subject to change of course as Florence gets closer. Thoughts and prayers to those in and East of Raleigh as the storm approaches.
