Zana Tomatovillian™ Join Date: Jan 2007 Location: Southwestern Ontario, Canada Posts: 4,521	Red Pepper Puree 2 red peppers, roasted and peeled 15 sun-dried tomatoes, oil-packed 1 chipotle en adobo 2 teaspoons adobo sauce 1/4 cup olive oil Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend. Add salt to taste. Very simple, very easy and very tasty.
