Kalman's Hungarian Red
I have been looking for information on this tomato, and haven't had much luck. Marianna's Heirloom seeds indicates it sets fruit in different shapes. Does anyone know the history behind it? Is it similar to Kalman's Hungarian Pink (which has good reviews) or are they completely different tomatoes?

Tania doesn't have any history for it and looking in the 2011 SSE YEarbook only Marianne Jones ( mariseeds) lists it and says what you said above and her seeds from Bill Minkey and Darrel Kellogg says 3-4 oz fruits, some oval shapes, average taste. A paste variety I guess, I never grew the pink myself. I didn't do any more looking around but there were a couple of Google links that I didn't read for the red version.
