Default Can you recommend a site that sells hot pepper powders, rubs and sauces?

A friend of mine is starting to become a "hot everything" addict after sampling various spicy foods (and tequila) at my house a few times

Thought I'd put together a little care package for him for Christmas. He loves to cook and barbeque. Can anyone suggest a good website that sells a decent variety of hot pepper powders, rubs and sauces. They must ship to Canada.

As much as I love my hot peppers and grow them, I don't make powders or sauces. I freeze my peppers for using througout the winter.

Thanks in advance for any recommendations.

.....Heather

Unfortunately biadchili.com doesn't have any chili powders for sale at the moment. Everything is listed as "coming soon".

Have been browsing around pepper fool. It seems the majority of the sites listed there don't exist anymore, or they've provided broken links or links that take you to completely different, unlrelated sites. I'm guessing that the pepperfool site isn't being maintained anymore? Will keep browsing and hope to find a site that sells a variety of powders, rubs and sauces. If I can buy a variety from one vendor, I can keep the shipping charges to a reasonable level.

"We will start taking orders for our Chili Powders on Monday November 7th. We have Mild Green, Hot Green, Hot Green Jalapeno, Mild Red, Medium Red, Hot Red & Chipotle Powder available. These can be ordered through our website at www.biadchili.com or you can call us at 575-525-0034. Our local store is still open if you would like to stop by. We are located at 6060 S. Main St. Mesilla Park NM. We have plenty of Roasted Green Chile as well. Thank You."

THese folks are about 30 miles from me. I get a lot of green chile from them every year. So Monday they will be available.

I've never ordered from this place, but they seem to have a very interesting selection, and they do ship internationally:

I stopped by Biad Chile today in Las Cruces when I was there. Picked these up. They are getting their on-line system set up to sell these.

I have bought dried chiles from this site several times -- http://www.dagiftbasket.com/index.php

They have a wide assortment of chiles, powders and sauces.
