The small cups work great up to about 4 weeks, but I've had plants in them for up to 8 weeks before potting them up. I get 3oz cups at the dollar store for less than $3.00 per 100 count.

Update on my seedlings,I saw a Long Hot Cayenne come up this morning. It's the first one.Still have to see when the jalapeno, cubenella and nardello pop through.Going to get them under the lights today with the heat pad.12 to 16 hours a day.I'll take the cover off and make sure they don't dry out.7 days since I planted them.
